Flood Relief Work Done by Interfaith Community

Religions for Peace-South Africa has been involved in flood relief work done by interfaith communities. Shelters have been provided for five families and efforts are being made for seven other families in municipal halls or living with families and friends.

Gift of the Givers has provided water and food and donations have come in from a local Sufi Mosque in the area in collaboration with Hindu and Christian groups.
