Interreligious Councils of Europe hold first elections after restructuring
20220128On January 25, 2022 was held the Board meeting of European Interreligious Councils, Religions for Peace Europe.
In this meeting were approved the Standing Rules of ENIB (European National Interreligious Bodies) and were elected the President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer of ENIB, Religions for Peace Europe.
In these elections, the President elected Dr. Luigi De Salvia, the Vice-Presidents: Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Naurath, Dr. Genti Kruja and Dr. Marcel Israel, the Secretary Prof. Dr. Joan Hernández-Serret and the Treasurer Rya Tiar.
The elected representatives also represent different countries and religions in Europe. ENIB consists of 11 interreligious councils of Europe and are part of the structure of Religions for Peace, Europe.
