A few years ago, he made employee happiness the mission of Good-Ark and believes good entrepreneurs should treat their companies as their families, and their employees as their family members. Since implementing this approach, Good-Ark’s market value and production levels have significantly increased while employee turnover has declined to less than 7 percent (the average turnover rate in China’s manufacturing industries is nearly 30 percent).
