Ms. Blum is currently involved in sponsorship in the area of media and global social action in the arts and is a supporter of international conferences and exhibitions.

She is a member of the Synergos Global Philanthropist Circle, the Artists and Educators Board at Center Theatre Group and The Educational Advisory Committee at the Geffen Playhouse.

In 2014, Blum Media will be co-producing Amedeo Fago’s “Risotto” which will be making a United States debut at New York’s La Mama theatre after thirty years of success abroad. We are also pleased to announce our collaboration with Creative TIme Reports at their summit in Stockholm.

In March 2013, she travelled to Qatar hosted by the Qatari Museum Authority and to UAE during Art Dubai to meet with socially engaged artists from the region and important private collections with New York based Creative Time, a foundation that commissions public art. She was on the Host Committee of By Kids 2012 in New York, supporting documentary films made by children on globally relevant issues.

Ms Blum has been very involved in humanitarian and political causes, working on both US Senator Feinstein’s bid for governor in the early 90’s, her Senatorial Campaigns and President Clinton’s Presidential Campaigns. Her work has taken her on humanitarian missions with Insieme per la Pace in Rome, Italy and with the Simon Wiesenthal Center in the area of global social action with outreach to Islamic leaders including delegations to UAE and of Muslim leaders to Israel. She is on the International Board of Trustees of the World Conference on Religion and Peace in New York, Europe and the MENA countries and currently supports educational projects in promotion of integration and co-existence in the Middle East.

A former dancer, Ms. Blum started her career in the performing arts and in theatre, assisting in running the public relations office for Shorenstein-Nederlander in San Francisco for Tony Award winning Broadway shows, In Los Angeles, she has had an extensive career in cinema and television at the William Morris Agency, ICM, Lorimar, and RAI (Radiotelevisione Italiana) where she managed the office for acquisitions and production and as an official translator for Italian diplomatic delegations which created a strong base for her in Rome, Italy where she also resides.
