Born and raised in Kazakhstan, Ms. Shnipova earned her B.A. in Hospitality Management from Saratov State Technical University, Institute of Management in Saratov, Russia. She holds an A.S. in Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College and completed a second bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments at Baruch College of the City University of New York.
