Norman Hayes currently serves as Professor for the Master’s degree Cybersecurity Studies program, College of Professional Studies, George Washington University, and CEO, Deep Futures Consulting, LLC.

Norman Robert Hayes’ endeavors include supporting the Mary Hoch Center for Reconciliation, George Mason University, working climate mitigation strategies, and creating a cybersecurity training institute in the Arabian Gulf area.

As a former Executive Vice President, Cybersecurity and Intelligence for two Alexandria, VA based companies, he exercised broad authorities for contract management, business development, software development, and business growth strategies. He served for three years as President of the Naval Intelligence Professionals Charitable Foundation. During his 31 year Navy career, he served as Director of Intelligence, United States European Command, and as the Director, National Security Operations Center at the National Security Agency. Other highlights include Commanding Officer, Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center; Director of Intelligence, Combined Forces Command – Afghanistan; Executive Assistant to Director of Naval Intelligence; and Assistant Chief of Staff, Intelligence, Commander Seventh Fleet.

He has four incredible children – Felicia Renee, Lofton Darnell, Inori Sala, and Ai Thanda.
