Ven. Huang Zhi’an is President of Taoist Association in Hunan province and Vice President of China
Taoist Association.
Ven. Huang Zhi’an was born in April 1963 in Hunan province in China. She became a Taoist in 1980 and now the Abbot of Heng Mountain Temple.
She is President of Taoist Association in Hunan province and Vice President of China
Taoist Association.
She was also member of National People’s Congress of R.R.C from 2003 to 2008, and now is the member of the 13th National Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
