The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Myanmar (CBCM), headed by Cardinal Charles Bo, Archbishop of Yangon and Co-President of Religions for Peace, has published an appeal for peace to all stakeholders in Myanmar. This plea comes after months of threats to lives, displacement, and starvation in the country. The way forward is led by peace, reconciliation, and healing.
